We have a new speciality. Chef Ivano Spada and his team worked out a perfect recipe. Now the burger is here. 200gr pure beef, Brioche-Burger-bread from the local bakery, «Bierdeckel»cheese from the cheese dairy Beeler, homemade 1777-Burgersauce and some other secret ingredients. As from now for only 15.90, served in our beautiful setting.
In addition, there is now a season burger: spicy salsicciapatty in bun with sicilian Caponata on a mayonnaise of basil and Modenaketchup. CHF 18.90
All meals are also available as take-away and cost CHF 2.- less.
We serve the 1777-Burger from Monday till Saturday as off 11.30 all day.
